    While we assess all opportunities — on-market, pre-market and off-market — our established relationships allow us to gain early access and discreetly source exceptional properties not actively intended for sale, enabling the acquisition of truly irreplaceable homes and sites defined by position, outlook and scarcity rather than current market availability.

  • Yes.

    We provide a seamless acquisition experience for interstate and international clients, including virtual inspections, micro-location insight, lifestyle guidance, and full management of negotiation and settlement. Where appropriate, we can arrange to collect you on arrival and take you directly to your shortlisted homes, with local insight and considered introductions along the way.

  • On average, 6–12 weeks, depending on your brief. Prestige properties are curated rather than abundant — our focus is on securing the right home, not the fastest one.

  • Our fees vary based on the level of service.

    Our optional Design Concierge helps you establish a design strategy before you buy, enabling confident decisions about each home’s potential. Delivered through Felicity’s award‑winning architectural studio, this service provides — depending on your package — pre‑purchase vision in 3D, spatial refinement and layout sketches, or mood direction. This ensures every decision is made with clarity and intention.
